The contact form collects your name, email, inquiry type, message and optional organization. I use these details to review and respond to your inquiry. You receive an automatic acknowledgment, and I respond by email or phone within 24 hours. The website does not subscribe you to marketing.
Résumé requests
Full name, company, phone and email are required to request the résumé. I use these details to review your professional inquiry and send an acknowledgment. I respond within 24 hours. The PDF is emailed only after my approval. They do not create a portal account.
Only the owner can view or remove registration records. Application records become eligible for removal after 90 days and are removed during later requests or owner review. Email records and hosting backups may follow different retention schedules. You may contact me to request earlier removal.
Ask Max AI
Questions are processed on this website to select an answer from approved professional information. They are not sent to an external AI provider, and conversation transcripts are not stored in the application database. Hosting logs may still record request metadata. Please do not submit confidential information.
Research-library accounts
Research registration collects your full name, company, email and a protected password hash. Your email must be verified, and I must personally approve your library access before you can read or download research papers or white papers. I respond to access requests within 24 hours. Verification and password-reset links expire after one hour and can be used once. Essential cookies maintain sign-in. Registration does not subscribe you to marketing and does not grant access to private tools. Account details are kept while the account is maintained; contact me to request removal.
Invited-user portal
The portal stores account email, display name, a protected password hash, permissions and private scenarios. Users can remove their scenarios; the owner can revoke access. Access is invitation-only. Essential session cookies maintain sign-in and protect requests.
Security records and other services
Hashed network identifiers support request limits for up to 24 hours. Content-free security events are retained for up to 30 days. No marketing analytics or third-party chat service is enabled. Selecting a LinkedIn link takes you to LinkedIn, which has its own data practices.
